I have been at my wits end trying to get management to care about the mice coming into our apartment for the past few months, and finally I decided to give in and call an actually competent exterminator to handle the situation. After our experience yesterday afternoon, I will whole-heartedly recommend One Hour Pest Control to anyone. They were responsive, timely, and most of all, compassionate and empathetic. Frank was exceptional and spent an hour thoroughly looking for holes in every single room, patching them with steel wool, and setting up traps in the apartment. The next time I ever have another problem, I will be calling the team at One Hour Pest on speed dial! Thank you!!

This place was perfect! We saw mice in our apartment later in the evening— like 7 o clock. We called another company and they quoted us $1000 to close up all the holes in our apartment and set out poison. We called One Hour Pest Control and they quoted us $300 and were there at 9am the next morning. They did a super thorough job, helped us understand what they were doing, and we haven’t seen a mouse since. Best $300 we’ve ever spent!

I came home from vacation on Labor Day and found 2 mice in my apartment. After calling several exterminators with no answer, I finally connected with Ray. He was prompt, professional, gave me a fair price, and sent someone out immediately. They scoured every inch of my apartment, found multiple possible entry points, patched/plastered them all and gave me tips on how to prevent mice in the future. Given this was a holiday, I was so grateful for the responsiveness and impressed that their sense of urgency matched mine. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who’s having pest issues!!

Excellent experience. I was having an issue with mice. Not only was Mike immediately responsive to me at 7am on a Sunday morning but he was very kind and helpful during such a challenging time. He sent Frank to my house who was absolutely amazing. He arrived right on time. He took his time to find the hole where the mice were entering and he truly is an expert at what he does. Should I have an issue with rodents in my home again I will definitely be using this company. Reliable, excellent price, and good results. I am very happy with my choice to select this company.

Called about a flea infestation. And Ray thought it was a great idea to hang up the phone on me, after I told him that I had to walk away from another exterminator who did not do a good job. Immediately he hanged up on me & I have him on recording. So he could deny all he want. Very rude, very unprofessional and as far as I’m concerned, you guys should walk away if you have a flea infestation because all they use is a simple concoction and they don’t spray everywhere only on the floors in certain corners with that pesticide while fleas are everywhere, in the drawers, in the cabinets in your clothes in your hair. Lazy exterminators who want to do the basic but charge you $800. Word of advice look for a flea expert. And Not mediocre unprofessional, wanna be exterminators who are halfwit and rude.
P.S Ammonia, and 30-40% strong vinegar kills fleas instantly. You’re welcome!

Mr. Darryl is absolutely amazing. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I don’t know what we would have done without him. We talked so much I forgot why he was there in the first place. Gave me some great tips since we are not from here just a really amazing man. He deserves a raise and a weeks paid vacation.
