I was at my absolute wits end after battling with rats in the roof of my downstairs bathroom. Other pest control told me that as the rats were no longer taking the bait they must be gone….another week and they were back. This continued on for months until I contacted Terry.
He did a full survey of the property. Went to my neighbours and checked their properties. He discovered by that the rats were coming in through a pipe just off the main sewer pipe under my bathroom extension. I am in the middle of getting the pipe capped off and looking forward to some peace for the first time in a year.
Terry is excellent. So knowledgeable and extremely thorough.
I couldn’t recommend him highly enough

Terry put wire mesh on each corner of my roof to stop birds coming into the eaves. He was pleasant, polite and helpful. It was too windy for him to use the ladder on the day he came to assess the job but he came back when he said he would. I would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic service provided by Terry, messaged him about rats coming from neighbours garden and got a response immediately. Very knowledgeable and offered advice on further prevention. He even came back to patch up the holes in the walls which he suggested pests might use to get in and out. 100% recommend.

Excellent 1st class service!
Contacted Terry from platoon, he came out the same day, was very thorough and found where the problem was coming from! Traps have been set and he is returning next
Week to cement the hole which is the entrance of the mice! He reassured me
